Always a student and a teacher at heart, Roseann Farrow played "school" as a child and knew she had found her calling. While in college at the State University of New York at New Paltz earning her BA in Secondary Ed English, she procured a real estate license to earn some extra money, thinking it would be easy and nicely would work around her college and personal schedule. These, she quickly learned, are two of the greatest myths in real estate sales. But helping buyers and sellers achieve the rights and benefits of home ownership grabbed her.
Then, in 1979, when real estate pre-license courses and continuing education requirements were instituted in NY, Roseann’s teaching degree and real estate experience launched her 40+ years’ training career in real estate. She personally has trained and coached thousands of real estate agents, managers, brokers and other trainers who are lifted by her passion, humor, high energy and dedication to learning and to the real estate industry. A highly skilled leader, communicator and motivator, she strives to help individuals and companies realize excellence, fun, growth and profit. One of her favorite quotes is "Live as if you were to die tomorrow. Learn as if you were to live forever." - Mahatma Gandhi

While teaching courses for the first 20 years she also held various real estate related jobs that broadened her knowledge and scope and continue to help her think "out of the box." At Kahn Inc Realtors®, Better Homes & Gardens she spent 13 years as Training Director and Sales Manager of the home office in Newburgh, NY. In subsequent years she was a corporate trainer/consultant for 4 separate real estate brands (Better Homes & Gardens, HFS (now Realogy), RE/MAX, and Prudential) and was the Northeast Regional Real Estate Director for the marketing giant, Merrill Corp. Her educational programs reflect these varied experiences and are designed to enhance productivity, quality and profit while including risk reduction tips that add value. Not limited to sales agent training, her brokerage management experience has transferred to the popularity of brokerage courses and programs at conventions in states such as VT, MA, NY, NJ, PA, VA, SC, FL, LA, SD, CA & HI. A mentor to other trainers, she writes and delivers ‘Train the Trainer" programs for various real estate groups including the National Association of Realtors® where she has presented Instructor Workshops at their Washington, DC Mid-Year Meetings. In 2016 she co-developed the updated version of ITI (Instructor Training Institute) and facilitates the 3-day program every year. The next year she co-authored and is the sole presenter of the annual 2-day CDW (Course Development Workshop) for NYSAR.
